Web IDE start with Unhandled Error: failure during metadata loading of required plugins

Hello,

I run orion.exe and call the WebIDE url and created my user

After I logon, while WebIDE is loading for the first time I got following errors:

Unhandled Error: failure during metadata loading of required plugins ->
undefined

undefined

undefined

What is the reason for this error?

Hello,

This looks like an old unsolved problem. Unfortunately I tried to unzip two versions of Orion with the same sad outcome. Did anyone have any success in solving this? Admin team in my company suggests rather drastic and painful solution: re-install of the whole computer (unfortunately no system backup - one would not expect such problems after a simple unzip).

I tried to delete both Orion folders and unzip again, no success. Any other attempts / ideas?

If there is no solution to this problem, then it should be highlighted somewhere as a "don't" in big red uppercase letters with three exclamation marks and a lightning image, as it is quite painful.

Can you please describe how to reproduce the issue?

Have you tried to install the Personal Edition 1.53.1 in addition to the previous one? which url are you using? print-screen will help as well.

I got the same problem.

It's fine when I run with local SAP WEB IDE 1.45; but when I download the new IDE 1.53.1, I extracted to C: drive, intended to use store the 2 version.

After that, I cannot access to local Web IDE anymore, both 1.53.1 and 1.45 version.
