External Transcripts maintenance of Student

I need to know how we can add past qualifications of students in student master data. i.e Student wants to take admission in Bachelor Degree and he submit his previous qualification degree data like O Level (10th Grade) A level (12 Grade) Now kindly guide me how to add these marks before giving him admission in 14th Grade. 10th grade marks contain Total Marks, Marks Obtained and Instituation name.
