ESS / MSS Urgent

hi,

can some one please help on the implementation procedure of ESS / MSS

that is the implementation step is

1.ESS

2.MSS

or both has to be implemented together

ESS & MSS are two separate Business Packages & can be implemented independent of each other. There is an option to pull in some of the ESS services into MSS though..

Thanks for your reply,

I wanted to know the following can be implemented.

Can we Implement ESS and MSS together, i mean in parallel,

because the scenario for leave request.

1. Raising the Leave Request is ESS

2. Approving the Leave Request is MSS

If i want to Go Live on Leave Request, I need to complete these two.

I think you are getting what i mean.

you dont need to implement MSS for approving leave request. Every ESS user has access to universal worklist. once you have universal worklist all the leave will come for approval under this.

if you are looking at leave application only you dont need mss for that.

ESS is independent of MSS.

But MSS standard business package integration with ESS services. If you are interested in these services then you should have to implement ESS also.
