I would like to receive support on how to make a change requested by the client.
The change is in the Sales/products menu. The requested amount should automatically change to a calculated value. To complete this task ABSL programming was implemented, utilizing the event before saving the business object CustomerQuote item ItemTotalValues and the value change was applied to the field instCustomerQuote_Item.FirstRequestedItemScheduleLine.Quantity.content. However when the value is automatically changed the action Create external Follow -Up Document becomes disabled.
How could the extension be done without disabling such action?
