Last September I posted about an issue with .net assembly targets at It is now archived so I can no longer comment on it.

Former Member replied "FWIW: That is why you should always and only pass standard C data types between Assemblies and/or Web Services when dealing with disparate development languages"

I was wondering if you could explain a little more as to why it is recommended not to pass objects out of the Powerbuilder generated assembly? Since Powerbuilder is converting everything to C#, why is it a problem to pass in or return an object?
