How to hide column using Header Row in adobe form

Hi Team,

Thank you for time.

I have a requirement to hide a column based on condition. I tried with the java script(At event Initialize/Form Ready) to hide that field. But on first page it is working when it goes to second page, it is displaying that hidden field only at Header level. In body it is displaying similar like first page.

My Layout Design

-> Created the Subform

->Inside subform table

->Inside Table Header Row/Body Row

On both Header Row/Body Row i build the condition in java script based on field name.

Requirement -

Second page should print similar like first page.And Heading we required in each page.
