EPM BPC Emebdded (S/4) Users Locked After 1 Incorrect Attempt

Hi all,

We're having a strange EPM issue on our BPC Embedded (S/4 specifically) install.

This is a 1511 FPS V01 BW SP4 install, EPM Add-In SP 28 P3 (this has been a persistent issue on lower version of the EPM Add-In and SP29 as well).

Unilaterally if a user enters an incorrect password once it completely locks them out and someone has to go in and unlock them. This is for any and ALL users accessing the system.

The incorrect password attempts before lock in SAP is set to 3 and modifying this has had no impact.

I'm not sure if this is something that needs to be addressed in EPM due this being on BPC Embedded, as I've never faced this issue on EPM for BPC Standard.

The other piece of information is that there is no SSO here.

If anyone has any advice/tips on how to fix this, that would be greatly appreciated. We haven't had any success with an open SAP ticket and I've Googled and haven't found much that's helped us i.e.
