EWM ODO blocked Item - /SCDL/BO 46

Hi EWM Gurus,

I am facing the below error, could you please advise.

Issue:
OBD is created in ERP and sent to EWM. ODR and ODO is created but ODO is in blocked status. Due to blocked status, PPF is not getting triggered and we have to process manually.

In Item status tab (DBD; DBO - Yes) and in Validation tab (Item was saved inconsistently /SCDL/BO 46).

When I do a check, inconsistency is removed and ODO is successful. But by default all the ODO got into failed status.

I tested the same flow in Test system and there is no issue. I checked the SLG1 log and no clue. I compared the successful case in Test system as well.

Hi Loganathan,

Delivery is blocked because of status DBD and DBO,so please click on check button you will get the inconsistancy occured in delivery.

You will get error message.check that error message and correct it,This will resolve ur issue.

When you said "so please click on check button you will get the inconsistancy occured in delivery.", which "check" button? in the delivery in ECC? there is not check button
