Error While Loading EPM Addin.

Dear Experts,

Our client user is facing attached error while launching EPM Addin. Below is the versions of EPM and MS office he is using.

1. MS office 2016

2. SAP EPM 10, SP27, PL1 .NET 4.0 & Build 9698

Kindly advise how to resolve attached error? few users getting and fear are not though the version of EPM is same.
