API Management Service : Getting 404 for new Service Creation

I and my team members (new recruit) are getting

An error occurred.

Please try again later.

on trying to consume a newly created API using the API Portal. The roles and destination for the API as well as the developer portal are correctly configured (checked with a senior team member having an older account for who the API is working properly).

Kindly help.

    Hi Saksham,

    Apologies somehow I did not see this thread earlier. There was an error which occurred during an upgrade process on the Trial (which I assume is what you are using) for API Management. This issue was raised and fixed last week, but if any team members accounts are still impacted by this error, please let me know and we will have the accounts corrected.
