how can I report on vendor fill rate

trying to: check if received in full vs. partial at line item level eket-wemng = ekpo-menge;

and where shipped on time where vttk-dalen <= vttk-dptbg? and received on time vttk-daten <= vttk-dpten. are these vttk dates related to the vendor delivering my purchase order to me or are these dates related to my shipments and deliveries to my customer?

short answer: with an own ABAP report.

VTTK table is from shipments, usually used for outbound processes but also possible for inbound. You have to ask the people who gave you that requirement to get answers about your own processes.
