Need help with a CCM Roundtrip catalog.

Hi,

We are using CCM2.0. During creation of a shopping cart, when i click on a roundtrip catalog, it opens a similar page(creation of shopping cart page once again) in the popup instead of re-directing me to the catalog page...

Please help if anyone has any idea about what needs to be maintained in SPRO .

The catalog link was working before upgrade from CCM1.0 to CCM2.0 and all required parameters have been set up.

We had the same issue and a note fixed it - can't remember the note no, but would suggest you scan service.sap.com/notes

Hi

Do you use external ITS or Integrated ITS ?

Note 725124 - EBP opened in a new screen (without browser buttons)

Note 794390

1023557 Contract: "Back to Item Overview" link opens new window

915116 Logoff in SUS Screen Results in BSP error

920411 Logout of SRMSUS leads to SUS start page before exiting

Note 948221 - SRM-SUS: Static HOOK_URL for catalog

If you are using Internal ITS,refer the foll notes which may help you ->

Note 885580

Note 742048

Also, i forgot to add that this is happening only with one particular Roundtrip catalog. This issue is not faced while punching out to other roundtrip catalogs.

The same catalog could be accessed before upgrade..can this be an upgrade related issue ??
