QM Result Recording and UD using RF

Hi experts,

Would like to inquiry regarding SAP QM result recording and Usage Decision using RF. Is there any guide that we can refer?

our end user request to have this method since current method is not so efficient (manually key in result recording to PC, testing place is far from office to key in, not real time, etc).

There is mobile results recording available. An auto UD could be set up to process and make UD once the results are in.

You can also look at something as simple as issuing a notebook or something like a Surface or Ipad.

SAP does provide some solution for web based results recording too I believe. You can inquire with them.

RF transactions can be difficult as the transactions on the gun have to be specifically written for the gun and the limited screen display which can be a challenge. Personally I'd avoid RF if at all possible.
