Hi Saurabh,

If you are sending mail from workflow mail step you can leave space between two elemets. I.e Just press space bar.

You always need to count the space and hit those many spaces between the variables.

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks.

    Hi

Create a method or attribute that will concatenate the detials with space. This will be effective.

    Please reward points if useful

    Thanks

      Hi Rachna,

what i did to send the email in format sounds something like this,

      1) Declared an structure in DDIC similar to o/p which i needed but with a 2 character field b/w each the field i needed to send in email,

      2) Declared an internal table of same format and populated table with the required value and all the 2char field as --

      3) Populated the table in container and it just worked fine for me.

but emails have there own restriction of line size so it also depends on how much data you want to send if i am right it allows a maxm of 300+ characters in one line only.

      hope it helps

      Regards

      Saurabh Anand
