Default currency not displayed in opportunity list (Report) in sap c4c?

Hi Experts,

We have default currency (JPY) which is assigned to all organizational units, while creating opportunity, the expected value for that opportunity may vary from default currency in some cases that is (INR) we have maintained currency exchange rate from source INR to JPY to view the values in JPY in reports (opportunity list).

The problem is when we had made all the existing currency rates as inactive, still the values are showing in INR, even we removed all the active exchange rates.

We can't understand from where the INR value is taken from the system and displays in report?

Moreover for some values the values are converted from JPY to INR and for some values it displays in JPY itself.

Kindly do the support.

By the looks of your case, it might be an issue.

My advice is to raise an incident to SAP Support for further checking.
