Send E-Mail to Partner Contact

Hi,

is it possible to add Partner Contacts to a target group? I will send a monthly newsletter to my partners.

I maintenance all the Partners & Contacts under the Partner Object in C4C.

Hi Santosh,

over "Add Contacts" I can only select Contacts from the Customer, but no "Partner Contacts" from Partners.

Hi Daniel,

Yes, it possible to add Partner Contacts to a target group and you can send a monthly newsletter to your partners.

To add members to the target group, open the target group and choose Members New.

Click on "Add Contacts" and select the required contacts then choose add to target group and choose OK.

The members are added to the target group.
