message in print preview

i gave the PO number in ME22N transaction & tried to view Print preview .its displaying message 'update was terminated ' by ABAP user.

Error Info... 00 671: ABAP/4 processor: POSTING_ILLEGAL_STATEMENT

Messages was assigned by my functional consultant.this is happening for particular PO number.for other PO numbers im able to view print previews.please help in solving the problem.

Check the details in SM13 transaction.

You can check reason for update termination in SM13.

Hi Srinivas,

There might be many reasons for this error, majority involves while creating PO. For example populating wrong data at <i>'Account Assignments'</i> or <i>'Invoice'</i> Fields [Even though it may accept while creating, the driver program will raise that error]. Debug the code and check where exactly it is triggering error and pass the information to functional consultants.
