We are running Mobile Workshop - Repair all types of Mobiles ,collaboration with mobile retail companies, Insurance Companies and walk in customers. Is it possible to manage the Business Process in SAP Business One;

Receiving mobiles for from customers for Services/repair; issue Job card for each mobiles assigned to technician

Replacing damaged parts with New

Billing for the services and replaced parts

Issuing repaired mobile back to customer
