Problem with data not being pulled in a query

I am writing a new query for a user and need to test it., however I cannot seem to pull any data back in my query. I’m running ODS. How to tell what time periods are loaded in the system?

I’m running the Summary by query. The user says he needs vendors 90000-99999 so I’m populating that for vendor, leaving cardholder number blank, and then just looking for a date range that will work.Could anybody provide a solution.Please do answer?
