Work Process settings (Dialog, Background, UPDATE, etc.)

My friend, I hope you are very well, I would like a consultation mode that I know should be considered when I receive a request to update or increase the work Process in this case of dialogue and background, I have a server with the following characteristics:

PHYS_MEMSIZE 24575
Windows OS RAM 32 GB
EM / max_size_MB 36863
EM / initial_size_MB 17203

I also have active operating mode for day and night but they tell me  that it is not enough for a POSDM / BW system by which which one to ask if I increase the dialog WP and the background I will need my RAM an OS level And how to determine the amount of memory used each of these Wp.

Any suggestion very well considered

Note 88416 - Zero administration memory management for the ABAP server
provides recommendation on parameters configuration on Windows servers.

Regarding the amount to work processes to be defined, increasing the value might consume more resources.
You should check and ajusted based on server needs.
