BRFplus Configuration in Solman 7.2 SP5

Hi,

We are trying to configure ITSM & CHARM on Solman 7.2 SP5. As part of this during BRF+ configuration we are getting error when trying to create application for SAP BASIS TEAM application and ruleset creation/activation (attached screenshot).

Appreciate if any fellow member can help in this as the available documents/links are of old Solman 7.1 version and screens/configuration steps are changed a lot.

1. your user doenst have enough roles. refer the link 2.1 section :https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SAPITSM/Support+Team+Determination+via+Business+Rule+Framework+plus

2. As mentioned in section 5.2 , your ruleset should be enabled. activate it.

3. refer 5.4 section. you need to assign (1) suport team then (2) support team DT.
