Regarding T-code f.18

Hi,

Please help me how to assign the company code to f.18. while i am trying to generate the report from f.18 I am getting the error message "Reply address does not exist for co code"

In TCode FSAP, create a new entry. Give your co code in the first field. In the subsequent address window, type out your required address. Leave the second field blank and save the entry.

Now run F.18. It should work.

Maintain the address in FSAP.

You can maintain multiple address ID (one for the company one for auditor etc) and select which address ID should be used for the reply envelopes in teh selection of F.18 (in the field 'Reply To')

Hi,

Please check if you have maintained the address of the comapny code for which you are trying to generate this report. You can check the address by using the TCOde OBY6 and clicking on the icon for address in left hand corner.

Please assign points and let me know if you need anything specific.
