Wanted to install the SAP netweaver Java EE 5

Hi

I was going through the " Web Services Testing and SAP NetWeaver Application Server, Java EE 5 Edition " article of Mamoon Yunus.

I wanted to test this scenario.

For this i want to download the SAP NetWeaver Application Server, Java EE 5 Edition .

I went to the link

But it shows that "This download package is currently unavailable".

From where can i download it.

Please tell the link form whihc i should downlaod it

Hi Manoj,

That package is rather outdated. There is an updated version - it's actually the Java EE only part of the SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment 7.1 and can be downloaded from https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/webcontent/uuid/709ac576-defb-2910-0abc-9199f... I had downloaded form this link .

But only a file size of 458,233 KB was downloaded for SAPNWCE71TrialSP1Preview_JavaEEServer.rar.

Hence when i try to run the WinRAR i am getting the error

"! E:\SAPNWCE71TrialSP1Preview_JavaEEServer.rar: Unexpected end of archive

"

what can be the problem

Apparently, the download has not finished completely. The size of the JavaEEServer.rar is 856.234.496 bytes (as stated on the download page). Maybe some problem with your intenet connection? I had verified that the files can be downloaded and extracted successfully.

Vladimir, your link references a trial 90 version. I'm curious, is there a full version and if so what's the protocol to getting it. Can I download it from service.sap.com?
