SAP servers on AIX or Linux

Hi,

I request you for small information. Can any body tell, the comparision of SAP servers with Oracle, performance and maintainance, on AIX and Linux. Please advise the versions also.

What would be the advantages or disadvantages, migrating the existing SAP(netweaver) systems from AIX to Linux box..!
