All selections for dimension Month are invalid and have been discarded

I am using the below statement in Design Studio 'onStartup' function for filtering on the basis of Month.

DS_1.setFilterExt("Month Dimension", "03.2015");

It is working fine on a Button Click but not on the 'onStartup' function.

Please reply, if similar issue has been faced by anyone else.
