Hierarchy variables synchronization problem in Analysis for Office prompt

Hi,

We are using SAP BW 7.5 SP4 with SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded. We have developed a query with two variables for the same infoObject: one of them is hierarchy type and the other one is hierarchy node type.

Once we open the query with Analysis for Office it appears a pop-up to introduce both variables. First, we use the hierarchy type variable to select one of the different hierarchies that the object has (highlighted in blue in picture below), and then, in the second variable we click on the help button (highlighted in red in picture below) to see all the members of the hierarchy selected previously, so we would be able to choose a member of it to filter the query.

Our problem is that the first time we select both variables it works correctly, but when we change the first variable (the hierarchy selected), there is no synchrony between the hierarchy chosen and the result shown in the help window (picture attached above).

Does anyone know a solution to this?

Hello! Can you please explain how did you add the "REST_H" to the info object? I have an Account hierarchy and it doesn't have "REST_H" node, but in the report it is shown. I need to move members from "REST_H" to real hierarchy and I don't get it how.
