Manual Cash Journal Entry Affect Bank

Dear SAP Bydesign Specialist,

how can I create manual Cash Journal entry that affect our Bank module.

I have created manual cash journal entry and posted but still did not see in the bank.

for example. posting payroll so can see deduction of cash due to payroll
