Incident Management C4C

Dear Experts,

is there a possibility to route Incidents in C4C?

Example:

End-User A creates and Incident in C4C. This Incidents goes to Admin-User A. End-User B creates an Incident in C4C and it goes automatically to Admin-User B. My use case is, that based on the End-Users location there should be determined a different Support User (local admin).

I appreciate any help!
