Unable to create corrective action for audit under a question

Hi Experts,

My requirement is to create a corrective action under an Audit for a Question.

I am using BAPI_BUS20370_CREATE to create an action however each time i execute it with the required details it throws a message as "The corrective/preventive action <action_name> must be assigned to an audit question".

I am providing the audit question's External_Id under the import parameter of 'Below' and Audit's External Id to 'Left_To'.

Have found the solution by not passing 'Below' structure and only passing the External_Id in Left_To structure.
