Hello Prem,

There may be several issues why you can not create (or change) data.

The simplest is: This function is not PSM released.

Or you are not in the same Deployment Unit (DU). Example: A Customer (in DU Foundation) can not create an Opportunity (in DU CRM).

You can check by yourself via the Repository Explorer.

hello Horst

thanks for replying on this one. But I see this function is available for others in the SDN somehow it is not enabled in my tenant. Please take a look at this screenshot where the option is available in Before save of customer BO.

at the same location, it is not enabled which leads me to think it is something to do with scoping change.

Please help.

Hello Prem,

Sorry, that I overlooked it in the first place.

Your script is mass-enabled. This means the "this" is not an instance of the BO Customer but a collection.
You had to loop over this collection (e.g. foreach) and then you can use the Create function with the loop variable.

Bye,
. Horst
