Issue with creation 2 inbound idocs when creating sales order

Hi Experts,

I am facing strange issue , here I am creating inbound idoc from PO output confirmation. Code for the inbound idoc is processing by IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS function module. But at the same time , for the newly created sales order output type should confirm and i need to create another inbound idoc which should create PO.

in short PO --> Sales order through inbound idoc ---> PO through inbound idoc from sales order output in VA02.

Till output confirmation in sales order I have done, but creating PO with inbound idoc at the same is not working.

Tried most of the user exits in sapmv45a like save_document etc.

Can any one please suggest any solution for this.
