Dear Gurus,

I am working in manufacturing industry, I am facing some problems from end users,

Scenario:-

While creating a process order some users have changing the component material qty or material. We are not able to find particular product productivity. My question is how to block the changing or where I can get the report which they had changed materials list.

You answer will be highly appreciated.

As per my WIth authorization restriction only you can protect the changes. And ther is no specific report get the changes done by users in order management.

Dear Mr.Shankar,

When assigning roles,to users, you can restrict this.

It's a question like before giving the authority for T codes to users in Production client, didnt u check it?

You have to create separte profiles for this.

Get the help done from BASIS.

Shankar,

You can use an exit triggered when any change is done to components of an order.

PPCO0008 Enhancement in the adding and changing of components

Here in this exit you get the old and the new component details after change. You could restrict it here with your own logic or pass data to a custom table with user ID and other details to monitor the changes.

Hope this is useful. This exit works with Prod orders. I am not sure about process orders. I feel it should work.

Hi

I dont know about in Process industry, but generally for material master in MM03 or MM02,after entering the material no,and selecting the views, and after entering into any of the view in the top menu's go to environment and select display changes,

You will be getting the list of changes made for that material .

MM04 is the direct T code for checking this.

If useful reward points

Mangal
