Print for multiple operation order through tr code IW37n

Though the Printer from which we are taking print is "single sided" but when we are taking print of order with multiple operation through the tr code IW37n the print is coming double sided.

Say for example if in a order the first operation is of 3 sheets then the second operation is coming on the reverse of the second page.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

This is issue is not happening for order with singlw operation.

Hi Vivek,

First, Go to SPAD and check the configuration for your Printer Setup, whether it is DUPLEX or SIMPLEX.

Also ask your abaper to check whether any coding done to choose DUPLEX if there are multiple Operation in the order.

Hi Terence,

Thanks for your feedback.actually for the other activities like task list operation for the same config setting, we are getting the single sided print.

I have changed the setting to both simplex and duplex but the issue remains...and its happening only with order containing multiple operations.

Thanks and regards

Vivek

Hi Vivek,

Refer below link

Print Duplex

Well, this link is to make Duplex print, so i feel there should be some thing related to this affecting. Have a check.

Additionally check with your abaper to check why its taking single sided, if nothing works out raise to SAP

Hi Terence,

The issue is actually other way round.

Actually for the order with multiple operation the print is coming double sided, and we want this to be single sided(our print setting is also single sided)

For other application and even for order with single operation it is coming as expected i,e the print is coming as single sided.

Thanks and regards

Vivek

Hi Vivek,

Got your point.

As i said before ask your ABAPer to check, if there is no logic involved, then you need to check with SAP.
