SAP HCM: Question to the DPF (digital personnel file)

Hello dear experts,

I am configuring the DPF and need input according to the following.

We only want to archive documents, we do not intend to use process document. So, here comes my question:

How is it possible to create the digital personnel files in mass, I know only the transaction

PASR_DPF_CREATE, but this transaction allows only the creation of ONE file by inserting ONE personnel number. Do you know a transaction which allows to create DPFs in one working step (for example inserting all personnel numbers to create DPFs for them)?
