can we schedule batch jobs for smartforms/script?How we know whether the form is scheduled one or not .
How we know whether the form is scheduled one or not?
If yes please let me know where we search for this other than sm36 transaction code.

Hi Raj,
You can schedule the print program/tcode with a variant using SM36. choose job wizard which will run you through a series of steps where you can enter the printer name and the spool parameters. So the program will automatically execute , calls the form and directs the output to the printer at scheduled time.
Any time you can see the status of background jobs in SM37 tcode.

Generally we don't schedule the Jobs related to Scripts/smartforms.
They are just used to print/view the Outputs of the respective Document.
Say for example you wants to purchase some items, so you prepare the PO in ME21N and after creation you have to send the PO to a Vendor asking him to supply the materials
then you will take the Printout of that PO from ME22N and sign on it and send to a Vendor.
