ABAP Programming Error CX_QUERY_ACCESS_ERROR

I am getting the frequent dumps

Except. CX_QUERY_ACCESS_ERROR

What happened?
Exception 'CX_QUERY_ACCESS_ERROR' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere
along the
call hierarchy.

Since exceptions represent error situations, and this error was not
adequately responded to, ABAP program 'CL_POWL_MODEL=================CP' had
to be terminated.

This is the first time we are getting such exception. Will someone please help to resolve this issue.
