How to get a dynamic dimension ?

Hi experts:

I want to do a demo about Financial,the requested report need a table just like this:

CURRENT YEAR |*********|*************|************************

LAST YEAR *****|********|*************|*************************

-

The year is dynamic,means user can choose a year he want ,then the value of last year where come out.
