BI - Portal connection.

Hi

Nw04s BI and Portals.....When I try to call the portals through Bex, am getting the following error,

bean: RSRD_X_GET_PORTAL_INFO_PROXY --- SAPPRGMID --- Object not found in look up of R.

Am unable to find any single error this anywhere...SAP is asking me to update the kernel, but I doubt how some the other machine works prefectly fine with the same stack.

Can anyone help??
