SAP Design Studio HeapDumponoutofmemoryerror only when connected to BI platform

Hi All,

When I try to open the application from the BI platform, the application gets hanged and I see the error message as follows

When I open the dashboard in local mode it will be opened normally. .

I had even uninstalled design studio and reinstalled it the problem still persists, do I have to clear any cache folders or registry etc

The error details have heapdumponoutofmemoryerror and so forth, not sure how to resolve this

I tried both below options in SapDesignStudio.ini but no luck (only difference I noticed is that it says SapDesignStudio.exe(32 bit) in task manager and not get the heaperror message in 2nd screen however I do not have design studio opened it shows the same 1st screen above

Located -Xmx1024m and changed it to -Xmx512m

and

in the same ini file located jre/bin/SapDesignStudioVM.exe and deleted the line.

Even an upgrade to 64b didn't help solve the issue.

Can you also pin point if any of the lines in .ini file need to change, this is 64b .ini file

Kindly suggest if it has something to do with the settings on server?
