How to put a picture in the right side of the SAP Easy Access Menu Screen

What are the steps to put a picture (company logo) in the right side of the SAP Easy Access Menu Screen ? I searched the forum and found few posts but none of those explains clearly. Also please let me know if this process requires an ABAP development key or can be done by a functional consultant.

Hi Suresh,

Thanks for this link. Actually I had this one before and I could get into the point where I have to import my .gif file but I was getting the MIME error. I am able to sort it out now.
