How to put a picture in the right side of the SAP Easy Access Menu Screen

What are the steps to put a picture (company logo) in the right side of the SAP Easy Access Menu Screen ? I searched the forum and found few posts but none of those explains clearly. Also please let me know if this process requires an ABAP development key or can be done by a functional consultant.
