You can do this in TCODE PM01. Use the 'Lst Scrn' tab. First create the additional fields that will hold the fields that were added to the infotype structure. This will generate a structure of the type ZPLISXXXX where XXXX is the infotype number. To populate the fields, should be quite easy, as you should already have a ZPXXXX00 Module Pool from the 2000 screen, so usually there should be a FORM FILL_LISTSTRUCT in ZPXXXX40 to fill the fields. Make sure that there is an entry in T582C for screen 3000 of the infotype. And that should do it.
As for the SSCR Key, in fact this shouldn't be needed as we are "enhancing", but from experience, i would say that you do need the key so in fact we are not enhancing the screen but actually changing it.
