Question About A Text Filie Checking After Every 10 Sec...

Dear All,

Here with i has got a problem cum question.... And it is that....

" I need to check a text file after every amount of time that... during that time the text file has updated by any content or not....!!!!"

I dont have any idea regarding this....Kindly let me have a direction for that....
