How do i check when(date) the customer actually became the customer of my organization. I cannot find a field in XD01/02/03. Is there a diff transaction code or somthing to find it???

It seems you want to know when your customer got created,
Goto XD02>enter Customer details> Extras >Administrative Data
there you can see when this got created as well as who created it.
