Company DB login problem

Hi all,

i have created a new company from SAPB1 and while loging, i am able to login properly .Now I am restoring some database (with User defined table) and , it restoring successfully and now when I am trying to loging to the same company database its showing an error like-

"your Software version not updated"

and not letting me to loggin to company Database.

Please help me regarding please tell me where I am doing mistake.

Please reply ASAP.
