Our employees are asking whether there is a way to assign learning to their learning plans automatically. For example, if manager decides employee needs training on decision making, problem solving, communication skills and so on and my company has classroom training and e-learning courses from Skillsoft and Lynda.com on those three topics, is there any functionality in your LMS or any of your modules to look at that need, then grab the right courses from Skillsoft and Lynda.com (or list of classroom courses on those topics) and automatically populate the employee's learning plan with those courses. If the automated capability is not there, is there at least a way for the employee/manager, to manually find those courses FROM INSIDE THE EMPLOYEE'S DEVELOPMENT PLAN (not through separate searches and copying and pasting) and then add those to the employee's development plan?

    Hello. May I know if you are using the on-premise HCM or the Success Factors?
