Does SAP 4.7E work on Windows 2003 Server 64 bit?

Hi experts,

I have a server on which SAP 4.7E (Kernel 640) and Oracle 10g are installed which is working on Windows 2003 server 32 bit. I want to copy this database to a Windows 2003 server 64 bit platform. Does SAP 4.7E (32 bit) work on Windows 2003 server 64 bit without any problem?

I need your experience.
