List to excel

Hi Expert,

i am exporting list output to excel sheet through LIST->EXPORT->Spreadsheet etc.

the ouput in list is ok but in excel one customer record have some error.

what should be the cause?

when u down load the data that customer record has some formatting error,

so in the excel sheet they cant convert that format then they send a error,

put those list to (export) text file and check that record you can find out that formatting error
