Can anyone pls let me know hw can i change the billing date in billing diff from the sales order which is normally done due to fluctuations in the price?Please let me knwo the necessay configuration to be done?

Considering Fluctation in Price & you want to capture the latest price as per condition record, maintain Pricing Type <b>'B' - carry out new price</b> in copy control --> Item level (for all relevant item category in T.Code: VTFL (Delivery Related Billing) or / and VTFA (Order Related Billing).

Incase if your requirement is only regarding how to maintain different date from current date, in that case in VF01 you can maintain desired date in field Billing Date.

hi

lets say a sales order is created today.

and billing document has to be created after 2 weeks due to delivery

date.

meanwhile there is a change in price.

so that shud be reflected in the billing document and not the sales order price.

for this there are 2 options.

1. automatically if u assign in the pricing type field in copy control as " carryout new pricing". then the system looks into the condition record and not the sales order price.

2. manually by going to billing document, conditions tab page, press update(right below the prices).
