Translation - 4.6 to 4.7 - How can I do ?

We have two systems ( one is 4.6 C & another one is 4.7 E )

In 4.6 C, tranlslations done long back &

recently in 4.7 E some body did same tranlations.

I have to cross check/do translations done perfectly in 4.7 E for the list of programs given.

in se63, what are the things I need to check ?

How to cross check ? what else I need to check.
