UJFS user folder is empty, cannot see detail log in Data Manager

Hi,

I need to export some logs about package runs of certain user. (BPC 10 NW SP 17).

I found a package status in Data Manager, but when I click to get detail information there is error occurring:

The file 'tratatatata.LOG. was not found on the server


Next, I go to UJFS transaction to find that log physically, I found required user folder and it's really empty:

I checked other users and most of them is normal, I can get detail information, there ujfs folder is not empty.

Required user is long time ago locked (aprox. 1year), not deleted.

Why his folder in UJFS is cleared?
